ADA – Integral
Acrylic photopolymer is adhered to a phenolic insert base to make a single-piece constructed sign producing sharp images and precise detail.
ADA – Applied Graphics
Applied graphics uses standard inserts which allow for consistency in color and texture with other non-ADA facility signage.
ADA – Subsurface
Subsurface graphics are sealed with a laminate, producing raised images with rounded edges for a “soft touch” look and feel.
Engraved
Not available for Arc Sign.
Gerber Edge
A thermal process permanently fuses high resolution images using “foils” onto various vinyls and films. Gerber Edge graphics can be applied either first-surface or sub-surface.
Laser Print or Inkjet Paper

Paper-printed graphics are protected by clear lens. Customer may order inserts pre-printed by 2/90, or print their own. Die-Cut perforated paper is available in three standard colors. Custom paper may also be used.

Silkscreen
A photo image is applied to a screen that is laid on the sign surface material. Ink is spread onto the screen. When the screen is lifted, a printed image remains.
Subsurface
Reverse-cut vinyl is applied to the back of polycarbonate. Insert is back sprayed with paint and laid into an aluminum extruded carrier and secured with high-performance adhesive.
