2/90 Sign Systems allows for exact specification of ADA compliant color, typestyle and graphics within three application techniques.

  ADA Approved Signs

ADA Subsurface

ADA Integral

ADA Applied

Subsurface

Subsurface ADA signs feature a construction that bonds all sign elements (color, graphics, lettering, braille and substraight) into a single, highly vandal-resistant unit.

  ADA Subsurface

2/90 ADA Subsurface signs feature a construction that bonds all sign elements (color, graphics, lettering, Braille and substrate) into a single unit. The result is a sign that is highly recommended for vandal-prone areas. It meets the National Fire Protection Association Class A requirement for flame spread and smoke density. Slightly rounded edges of raised characters and domed Braille provide a "soft touch" feel.

Intregal

Intregal ADA symbol elements, grade 2 braille, and tactile copy are integrated in a composite photograved insert.

ADA Integral

2/90 ADA Integral signs are manufactured utilizing an acrylic photopolymer directly adhered to a phenolic sign base. The single piece construction increases durability and the longevity of each sign. The process allows for high resolution artwork, logos, and designs. The sign resists picking and cleans easily with mild soap and water. Sharpness of detail is a major quality of integral signs.

Applied

Applied ADA signs combine independent elements to create a composite design. All 2/90 sign material options are available for this technique

ADA Applied

2/90 ADA Applied signs are manufactured using standard inserts for color and texture consistency. Raised characters are applied to the surface of the insert while Braille is applied in a recessed strip. The Braille strip can be color matched to the insert, or it can be color contrasted to create a different look. An added feature of applied signs is that other sign material options such as aluminum and laminates can be used.
